Mostly glowing praise, but a few words are in there about how the foundation has, in the past, eschewed low-tech solutions for problems like malaria (bed nets, insecticides) in favor of more scientific pursuits such as vaccines.'.

'For those of you familiar with the show "Mythbusters", I saw those guys talk at IBM Almaden yesterday. Jimmy Lin took some photos. You may want to watch the 24MB video, which is a sort of outtake on one of the shows (Warning: it is mildly gruesome). The later photos are of a live demonstration to compare what chills beer most quickly: ice, ice water, salted ice water, CO2 fire extinguisher, or liquid nitrogen (I listed them in ascending order of effectiveness).'.
